I like Basil, he is a funny man when he hits Manuel on the head with a pan. John Cleese is Basil who works in a hotel, his wife is Cybil who is funny like Aunty Carol, he has a good moustache. I did a painting of him (see below). Manuel is a waiter from Barcelona, he speaks Spanish and say “Que?”. Terry the chef cooks good food for the guests. It is a good programme for kids and adults, it was one of my dad’s favourites.
