Klaus-10/10

Since this movie won 10 awards in various categories, it’s no wonder this movie is so highly praised. It also serves as an origin story for Santa Claus with the story facts we were told about him. The movie follows a postman named Jesper Johansen who is assigned as the postman of a distant, northern island town and is tasked with posting 6,000 letters within the year. While he’s there, he meets an elderly, reclusive woodsman named Klaus who has made lots of handmade toys. Together, they plan to deliver the toys to all the kids in the town, provided they write a letter to Klaus first. This is where all of the story facts that we know come in, like delivering toys down the chimney and being put on the naughty list. It has great character development, amazing voice acting and a real treat to watch during the holidays.

Flow-9/10

This is the very first movie that I’ve watched that has no dialogue for the entire movie, and it’s great. This movie features a group of different animals all trying to survive in the wake of a devastating flood of biblical proportions. Now this movie may be a little scary for younger audiences, so if you’re planning on watching this movie with your kids, just watch out for them. Anyway,s the movie has got spellbinding animation that makes it feel real in a way I’ve never felt before. It also makes you ask many questions that you don’t really have any answers for. To understand what I mean by that, you need to go see this movie for yourself. Trust me, it’s definitely worth a watch.
